「鼎泰興」位於鹿港鎮泰興里，取其"鼎立於泰興里"之意.建物本身是一棟昭和式樣建,紅色的磚造古洋樓.古樸,細緻的獨特風格就如其所製造販售的產品般充滿了懷舊的情感與特色。
Ding Tai Xing is located at what is perhaps Lukang’s busiest intersection, at the corner of Zhongshan and Sanmin roads in the Taixing Li community. The name “Ding Tai Xing” means “standing grand and tall in Taixing Li”. The shop is housed in an old Japanese-style red-brick building whose simple charm and unique character echoes the qualities of our products, full of sweet nostalgia and distinctiveness.

The shop’s first floor mostly sells pastries of all sorts while the second floor is designed as a quiet, comfortable restaurant serving set meals, hot pots of various flavors, fast food, coffee and tea. You can also throw a party here.
